Rules:

1. Reserve time rule:
   1. $20 / hour will be charged for unused reserved-time. If one reserves time on the CONFOCAL BOOKINGS� sheet but does not use the time, the entire reserved period will be charged. No charge will be applied, however, if a sign-up is cancelled 24 hours before ones reserved-time.
   2. $20 / hour will be charged for unused reserved-time which exceeds 30 minutes. Thus, one would have half an hour flexible time in a reserved period.
2. File storage rule:
   1. Image data can be left in any of our computers only for three days, including the day when the data are collected. After three days, the image data will be subject to automatic removal if disk storage space is required.
   2. It is always your responsibility to ensure that your data are backed up to your satisfaction.
