Switching off the Zeiss LSM-510 Meta confocal system:
- Go to Acquire in the LSM menu, click on the "Laser" icon,
and turn all lasers Off.
- Go to File in the LSM menu and click "Exit" to leave
LSM 510 program. Click "OK" in the alert message and "Log
off" the computer.
- Wait until the laser fan (only for the Argon laser) has stopped
(5 min)!
- Switch off the remote control box.
- Switch off the mercury lamp. Remember to clean the objective lens
for oil and to fill out the logbook!
